About the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program

FAcT is a 25+ year, multi-billion dollar federal contract to provide training, simulation and in-service support for future Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) pilots and aircrew.

The program will operate in three prairie locations:

  • Moose Jaw, SK
  • Portage (Southport), MB
  • Winnipeg, MB

The contractor for FAcT will be responsible for managing live flying and simulation training as well as all site services, including IT, admin support, fleet maintenance, air traffic control, facilities and grounds maintenance, student support (food, housing, recreation) and much more. SkyAlyne’s solution for FAcT includes many long-term, quality subcontracting and employment opportunities for local businesses, organizations and workers. As we build new facilities at all three locations, there will also be a significant construction period and an ongoing need for skilled trades. Learn More
